The French macaron is the most beautiful and delicious of all French desserts. Its delicate shell is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Made of only sugar, almonds and egg whites, it’s a simple yet complex cookie. Sandwiched between the two shells is a creamy, rich buttercream filling that is intensely flavored, from our signature salted caramel to the playful cake batter.  It is our pleasure to bring these true delicacies to Michigan.
